Understanding of Vehicle Assembly sequence, Understanding of Assembly instruction. Reading Engineering drawings, Electrical harnesses and components, Mechanical parts. Reading of Electrical architecture drawings, Circuit Diagrams, Reading Build Books and crosslinking it with BOM. Inspection of Electrical and Mechanical parts as per drawings. Reading and Generating BOM. Inspection of part as per BOM. Vehicle inspection and reporting. Build walk around and sign offs. Build issues resolutions, ICAs and PCAs for Electrical and Mechanical systems. Material / Parts, ordering, handlining and arranging. Co-ordination between local and remote teams. Daily, weekly Build updates to different teams. Vehicle testing and validation. Hand on Experience on CAD and or Harness software. Hands on experience on any Vehicle diagnostic tool. Ability to understand DTCs Hands on experience for End of line software flashing on Vehicle Electronic control units Ability to test Vehicle functions per requirement.
