The candidate will leverage AWS SageMaker and other AI tools to create proactive, personalized recommendations for customers, ensuring continuous learning and dynamic knowledge management. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development of NLP models and Generative AI solutions for knowledge management and personalized customer interactions. . Implement AI-driven continuous learning mechanisms to refine KM and playbooks based on customer data and interactions. Integrate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models for real-time, dynamic FAQ and knowledge generation using AWS Kendra. . Ensure alignment with C360 integration (API gateways), Coveo Content Management system, enabling proactive and predictive customer support. .Collaborate with data science teams to optimize AI models using SageMaker and other AWS ML tools. Architect data pipelines for unstructured data (one time build of library and incremental changes) Required Skillsets: NLP and Generative AI Expertise: Strong knowledge of NLP frameworks and AI model development using SageMaker. ML Frameworks: Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar. Search Solutions: Knowledge of search solutions like AWS Kendra for intelligent data retrieval and Coveo search capabilities Data Science Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, model training, pipelines design, and continuous learning. Cloud Services: Familiarity with AWS cloud services for deploying and scaling AI models.
