Role: Lead ReactJs Developer Location: Nashville, TN or Cincinnati, OH (Only Locals) Duration: Contract Experience: 10+ years Visa: Only H1B with Passport Number Role Description: Responsibilities: Lead a team of React JS developers in designing and implementing high-quality web applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, backend developers, and project managers) to ensure seamless integration of UI/UX with server-side logic. Architect and develop complex frontend solutions using React JS, ensuring performance, scalability, and responsiveness. Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices, coding standards, and performance optimization. Drive code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and resolve technical issues. Stay up-to-date with emerging frontend technologies and implement them as appropriate. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions. Manage project timelines, sprints, and deadlines to ensure on-time delivery. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 6+ years of experience in frontend development, with at least 3+ years working with React JS. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model. Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Redux, Flux, or Context API). Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token (JWT). Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating frontend applications with backend services. Experience with code versioning tools, such as Git. Hands-on experience with build tools such as Webpack, Babel, and NPM. Strong understanding of responsive web design and browser compatibility issues. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience leading a development team. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with TypeScript. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Knowledge of UI libraries like Material-UI, Ant Design, or Bootstrap.
