You'll collaborate closely with development teams, UX/UI designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to create highly scalable, maintainable, and visually compelling UI frameworks. You will ensure seamless integration of design and technology to deliver top-notch user experiences across web and mobile platforms. Key Responsibilities: Lead the architecture and design of complex UI solutions, ensuring high performance, scalability, and maintainability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product managers to define technical and design requirements. Define, establish, and enforce UI architecture standards, guidelines, and best practices across projects. Conduct code reviews, mentor UI developers, and drive technical initiatives to improve the overall development process. Identify, evaluate, and recommend tools, libraries, and frameworks to enhance the UI development process. Design and implement reusable components, ensuring consistent user experience across all products. Monitor and optimize UI performance and responsiveness. Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, technologies, and best practices to keep the team and projects on the cutting edge. Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience (typically 7+ years) in UI/Front-end development and architecture. Strong knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js. Experience with design systems, responsive design, and mobile-first approaches. Proficiency with build tools, testing frameworks, and version control (e.g., Webpack, Jest, Git). Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and how to integrate UI with backend services. Ability to balance architectural principles with practical needs in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a focus on driving technical projects to completion.
