The successful candidate will have a proven track record in Active Directory hardening, Power scripting, and account cleanup, and will be responsible for delivering high-quality IAM services to our clients. Key Responsibilities Active Directory Hardening: Implement robust security measures to protect Active Directory environments, including group policy management, password policies, and privilege escalation prevention. Power Scripting: Develop and maintain Power scripts to automate routine tasks, streamline workflows, and enhance operational efficiency. Account Cleanup: Identify and remove unnecessary or compromised user accounts, ensuring compliance with security best practices and reducing the attack surface. IAM Consulting: Provide expert guidance on IAM best practices, standards, and frameworks to help clients improve their security posture and mitigate risk. Project Management: Collaborate with project teams to deliver IAM projects on time and within budget, ensuring that client requirements are met. Technical Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation, including design documents, implementation plans, and user manuals. Qualifications Experience: 10+ years of experience in IAM security, with a strong focus on Active Directory hardening, Power scripting, and account cleanup. Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, Power, and other relevant IAM technologies. Problem-solving: Ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Teamwork: Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Certifications: Industry-recognized IAM certifications, such as CISM, CISSP, or CCSP.
