User Support: Provide support to internal teams, customers, and stakeholders by answering inquiries and clarifying technical information as needed. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, quality assurance, and product management to gather information and ensure accuracy of technical content. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in English, Technical Writing, Aviation Technology, or related field. Proven experience 15 yrs as a Technical Writer in the aviation or avionics industry. Strong understanding of avionics systems, aircraft operations, and aviation industry standards (e.g., FAA regulations, RTCA standards). Proficiency in technical writing tools and software such as Microsoft Word, Adobe FrameMaker, MadCap Flare, and version control systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely. Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
