The IT delivery teams are cross functional teams comprised of Business Analysts (BA), Senior BAs, Testers, and Technical Analysts (TA). This role works with the portfolio management team to manage the division or program backlog and assigns work to the IT delivery team members. The Delivery Lead may, at times, perform business process analysis, design, testing or other system support needed within the IT delivery team .
