Role: SR. DATA MANAGEMENT GOVERNANCE ANALYST Experience: 20+ Years Location: NYC, NY (Need locals) Hybrid 2 days a Week Work Authorization: Green Card (GC), H1-B Visa, H4 EAD, , TN EAD, TN Visa, U.S. Citizen, GCEAD We are looking for up to two highly experienced resources, with consulting experience, and IT audit experience would be a plus, to assist us with the next phase of our assessment of IT risks at the U.S. division of a larger international bank. We are focused on the following two domains next, so resources with experience in these particular areas will be preferred. MUST HAVE SKILLSETS: Needs to come from one of the big 4 consulting firms: EY, , Deloitte, PWC IT Audit Experience Assessed Data Management capabilities The roles will be hybrid, with two or so days per week onsite in NYC, so the resource(s) will need to be based in the NY area. Were not starting with a specific rate cap for these roles, and understand that well need to review the rates of candidates considering the significant level of experience that we require. Strong written and verbal English communication skills, and the ability to assemble complex concepts in a manner that is easy to understand even by a non-technical audience, as would be seen with someone who has considerable experience conducting IT risk assessments, is a specific requirement for these roles. Domain 1 - Data Management and Governance Risk: This role will be responsible for evaluating data management practices and governance frameworks to ensure alignment with industry practice and applicable regulatory expectations. This role involves conducting detailed assessments of policies, standards, procedures and other documentation, then conducting focused interviews / walk throughs with bank SMEs, to identify gaps in controls related to data handling, storage, access control, and lifecycle management, and provides prioritized recommendations to resolve these gaps which are often of regulatory and internal audit concern.
