Role: Azure Cloud Architect Location: Philadelphia, PA or Wilmington, DE (Only Locals) Duration: Contract Experience: 10+ years C2C: Yes, Only H1B Role Description: Responsibilities: Conduct workshops with customers business and IT teams and capture, document and summarize the business requirements. Prioritize business use cases and define implementation roadmap. Provide solutions for a variety of Data and Analytics requirements from customers, such as Greenfield EDW, Data Lake Implementation, Data Estate Modernization, Tools / Technology comparison and selection, etc. Create Architecture and high-level design for data & analytics solutions. Provide effort estimates for large EDW / Data Lake implementations. Guide technical team of deliverables and get the solution implemented. Conduct proof of concepts and create differentiating assets. Conduct trainings and workshops on new technologies and trends Qualifications: 15+ years of overall experience in architecting and building data and analytics solutions, including atleast one Azure Data Lake Implementation Deep understanding of ETL, reporting, data modeling concepts and data warehouse architecture Experienced in analysis, design, data modelling and effort estimation. Hands on experience of working in ETL tools like Informatica, etc. and reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau. Experience in working with SAP, SAP BW, SAP HANA as sources and data extraction from SAP sources to EDW/Azure. Deep understanding of Azure cloud components like Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse (SQL Data Warehouse), Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS) and Azure Analysis Service (AAS), DataBricks Hands on experience of working with ADLS, ADF, DataBricks, PySpark, DeltaLake.
