Position: Senior Mitratech TeamConnect Analyst Location: 100% Remote Duration: 6+ Months Job Description: About the job The Senior Mitratech TeamConnect Analyst works under minimal supervision and will configure, customize, test, debug and document TeamConnect Out of the Box components in collaboration with the technology team, product team and business partners. You will also be responsible for collaborating with practice leads to assess, plan and address technological and training roadmap in order to remain current with technological changes, trends, and innovations in the legal matter management field. Qualifications Strong domain knowledge in Enterprise Matter Management & Legal Operations Must Have Minimum 5 years of experience in TeamConnect & TAP workflow Must Have Strong problem-solving skills for the TeamConnect modules Must Have Experience with JAVA Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology Excellent communications and interpersonal skills Ability to reason logically and provide innovative solutions Should be well organized, thorough, and able to handle competing priorities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Please share your updated resume and suggest the best number & time to connect with you.
