Provide weekly status updates during the construction, design engineering, and installation phases of the project. Participate in weekly meetings to confirm concurrence of project requirements, timing alignment, future planning, and review any potential risks, and issues of non-conformance. Conduct weekly / bi-weekly IT PDCA meetings with corporate IT teams. Construct and update carpet chart or status reporting summaries or forms as directed by the Stellantis IT Senior Management Lead at weekly reporting meetings. Report frequency may be increased in critical times as directed by the Stellantis IT Senior Management Lead. Participate in and support project management, financial management, scope development and planning activities as required and/or defined by the Stellantis IT Senior Management Lead. Complete project hand-off documentation to ensure project continuity for successful bidder of subsequent phases of this project Qualifications : Project Management Professional certification, and/or minimum 5 years of project management experience Proven and effective Communication and Presentation skills Related Manufacturing business experience Related Manufacturing IT experience Related experience with a complete range of systems such as Manufacturing IT Operations, Manufacturing Execution Systems, Manufacturing Operation Support Systems Related experience with Automotive Battery Manufacturing Korean verbal and written skills would be an asset.
