Job Description:- Job Role:- Senior SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA Project Manager Location :- WASHINGTON, District of Columbia (Hybrid) Contract Req Description We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Project Manager to lead complex SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA projects for a Randstad client in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of SAP experience, including at least 5 years managing large-scale transformation and implementation projects. Expertise in SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and experience with both agile (SAP Activate) and ASAP methodologies is essential. This role requires a proven track record of successfully delivering SAP projects of varying complexity on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Ensure successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards, meeting customer expectations. Develop and manage detailed project plans, adjusting milestones and resources as needed for successful project execution. Conduct regular monitoring of project progress, reconciling with baseline plans. Maintain and track risks, issues, and follow-up on closure actions. Oversee project closure activities, including financial reconciliations. Implement Agile Project Management practices (core Agile principles and ASAP) to enhance delivery efficiency. Ensure quality control at all stages, minimizing errors in deliverables. Manage changes to the project baseline, handle change requests, and secure necessary approvals.
