Ability to exercise judgment using procedures and practices to determine the appropriate course of action and possess creative problem-solving skills. Successful candidate must have high level of interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with customers and internal IT team members. Clear and concise documentation skills. Excellent organizational, communication, comprehension, follow through, and documentation skills are required. Willingness to learn and adapt to new skills/technology. Assume initiative and ownership of tasks assigned. Focus on providing exceptional customer service. Successful candidate must work well in a group, as well as alone and unsupervised. Good time management skills are required to keep up with a tasks and requests from customers.
