MS Dynamics 365 developer McLean, VA (Hybrid day1 Onsite) Contract Job Responsibilities We are seeking a talented Microsoft Dynamics [Consultant/Developer]. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics solutions and will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics applications. Responsibilities: - Implementation and Customization: Lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics solutions, tailoring them to meet business needs. - Current System Analysis: Analyze business processes and requirements to provide optimal solutions and workflows within the Microsoft Dynamics environment. - Development: Develop and deploy custom plugins, workflows, and integration solutions as needed. - Support: Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Dynamics applications. - Training: Train end-users on system usage and best practices to maximize the benefits of the software. - Documentation: Create and maintain documentation on system configurations, processes, and user guides. - Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless implementation and user experience. Qualifications: - Experience: 7+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics (CRM/ERP) implementations, customizations, and troubleshooting. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365, power platform, C, JavaScript, SQL, and related technologies. - Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Certifications: Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics are a plus (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals).
