Product Management Manager - Loss Prevention Contract C2c/w2/1099 Hybrid at MA Near by relocation works Only USC GC GCEAD H4EAD What you-ll do The Loss Prevention (LP) Global Solution Delivery Team is responsible for managing solutions and technology that delivers capabilities to keep our associates and customers safe, preserve company assets, and provide business value. We seek a motivated, talented Product Management Manager to help plan and deliver these capabilities within the various Loss Prevention initiatives. The LP Global Solution Delivery Team thrives on strong relationships with our business partners and works diligently to address their needs to support Client's growth and operational stability. On this fast-paced solution delivery team, you will be challenged to stretch and think outside the box. Key Responsibilities -Owner of creating, managing & prioritizing product features, using a backlog, including expertise in serving as the ultimate authority; agrees upon DoD & supports the flow of work at the Program layer -Key owner & driver of strategic themes & roadmap for the Product lifecycle including expertise in guiding the product through the lifecycle states including creating & management of rolling wave plans -Responsible for ensuring that Value Streams are creating feasible and sustainable products & solutions -Owns outlining & prioritizing enabler work including ensuring work is understood & execution coincides with business value work -Key participant in supporting and reviewing system demos to ensure demonstrated delivered work aligns with targeted bus value deliverables & scope -Responsible for managing vendor relationships including expertise in ensuring targeted vendor deliverables meet our product needs including timely alignment -Conducts customer satisfaction surveys/analysis, validates customer response, provides fast feedback, prioritizes defect resolution & enhancements -Works effectively with all levels and roles including fully understanding R&Rs of the PO, team, stakeholders & other teams Minimum Qualifications (Requirements) -8 plus years of product management experience (managing the process, not people; however, if converted down the road, this role could manage people) -Jira and Confluence experience (required) -Excellent Networking and Influencing skills. -Experience managing or coaching Product talent. -Strong organizational and follow-through skills -Effective communication skills and strong interpersonal skills -Expert in understanding business needs, converting those into epics, creating, managing & prioritizing product features and product backlog. -Ability to handle a complex portfolio comprising of multiple epics in a fast-paced environment. -Ability to manage dependencies and shifting priorities Preferred Qualifications -Prior retail experience and / or experience with Loss Prevention functions -Experience in SAFe/Agile delivery -Experience creating roadmaps and driving them to execution. -Experience with Loss Prevention applications, Integrations and Data management -Genetec, Appriss or other Loss prevention software platforms -Work cooperatively and collaboratively with others in a team-oriented culture do we need this one - is already several talking about working effectively with others Kind Regards, Syeda Hajra | Absolute IT | Senior Technical Recruiter 116 Village Blvd Suite 200 Princeton New Jersey 08540 Absolute IT [email protected] https://www.linkedin.com/in/syeda-hajra-a96813245/ www.absoluting.com -- Keywords: rlang information technology purchase order green card wtwo Massachusetts Product Management Manager - Loss Prevention [email protected] |
