Position : ServiceNow Architect Location : Baltimore, MD HYBRID , local to Maryland candidates only Duration: 12+ months contract Visa : Noh1b/cpt Interview mode : video Job Description - Requirement s:Architect, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet the organization's specific needs and requirements from multiple teams within the organizatio n.Define and manage data structures, such as tables, fields, and relationship s.Architect, design, and implement business rules, workflows, and UI policie s.Define roles, and groups required for each workflow; access and permissions based on organizational requirement s.Provide support for workflow or story related issue s.Enhance the existing Incident management workflows and define SLAs and Approval s.Design and implement Problem Management processes in ServiceNow according to Agency requirement s.Design and implement theChange Management module according to the Agency requirements and ITIL best practice s.Design and implement the Service Catalo g.Create and manage service requests and service offerings as defined by the Agenc y.Integrate ServiceNow with internal application s.Implement automation through workflows, scripting, and orchestratio n.Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into IT service performanc e.Customize and configure reporting tools within the ServiceNow platfor m.Plan and execute platform upgrade s.Manage patches and updates to ensure the platform's security and stabilit y.Design and implement the Knowledge Management modul e.Identify and address issues related to performance and scalability as neede d.Provide training to end-users and other administrator s.Document configuration changes, processes, and best practice s.Design and implement the ServiceNow CMDB as defined by the Agen Minimum Qualification s:A minimum of five (5) years of experience in an enterprise IT environment supporting computer hardware, software, and/or enterprise applications at an expert leve l.A minimum of five (5) years of proven experience as a ServiceNow architect, administrator, or similar rol e.A minimum of five (5) years of experience designing and creating incident, problem, and change management modules in ServiceNow, developing and maintaining the Service Catalo g.A minimum of two (2) years of demonstrated success in configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform, including knowledge of tables, fields, forms, and workflow s.A minimum of two (2) years of experience managing user accounts, roles, and groups, enforcing access controls and permission s.Familiarity with integrating ServiceNow with other systems and application s.Ability to create and customize reports and dashboards within ServiceNo w.Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and implementing (CMDB Preferred Qualification s:A minimum of eight (8) years of experience architecting the ServiceNow platfor m.A minimum of five (5) years of experience with ServiceNow development, including creating custom applications and module s.A minimum of five (5) years of experience in performance tuning and optimizing the ServiceNow platform for scalability and responsivenes s.Experience with planning and executing ServiceNow platform upgrades and migration s.Proficiency in advanced scripting languages within the ServiceNow platform, such as GlideScript (JavaScript) or AngularJ S.ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications in specific modules, such as IT Service Management (ITSM), Service Catalog, or other relevant area s.ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certificatio n.ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) certificatio Education n:Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
