Role Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct user research, analyze data, and
translate insights into user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.

Develop wireframes, interactive
prototypes, and user flows using Figma and Sketch to convey design
concepts.

Maintain and contribute to design
systems to ensure consistency across all products.

Work closely with developers, product
managers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and align
with business goals.

Conduct usability tests, gather
feedback, and iterate on designs to improve the user experience.

Stay updated on UX trends, tools, and
best practices to continually improve the design process.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience as a UX Designer,
with strong proficiency in Figma and Sketch.

Proficiency in design and prototyping
tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Solid understanding of user-centered
design principles and the ability to translate user needs into functional
and appealing digital interfaces.

Excellent verbal and written
communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate with
cross-functional teams.

Strong attention to detail and a
commitment to delivering high-quality work on time.

A strong portfolio showcasing a range of
UX design projects, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI
designs.
