Provide advanced administration and troubleshooting including security patching and capacity planning. Support development efforts by building and configuring server infrastructure components as per requirements. Participate in the planning and in assist execution of disaster recovery Secure and harden vulnerability findings. Assist to perform root cause analysis and remediation problems as required Maintain system performance by performing system monitoring and analysis, performing tuning, troubleshooting, system hardware, installation, firmware patching and software patching. Implement processes and procedures to reduce and eliminate platform related outages and downtime. Troubleshoot and assist resolve escalated issues.
