Experience dealing with customer IT SMEs, Business SMEs to understand the issues Drive discussions with SMEs for solutions and solutions sign off Ticket assignment, Offshore team management and sync up Utilize time with Change Control Board, compliance to determine the needs and proactively put up the plans for ticket resolution Thought leadership to suggest the enhancements, identify ticket trends predict ticket volumes etc Invest time in SOPs, setting up processes and work towards maturity of AMS along with advanced tools, current market trends, AI etc Help reporting in terms weekly KPI reports, trends, MTTR, etc.. Salesforce configurations approval processes, flows, custom objects, lightning pages Understanding of APEX , VF, LWC, Triggers. Preferred hands-on programming.
