Job Title: API Integration Developer Location: Remote Job Type: Contract Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable integrations between security tools (e.g., One Identity, CyberArk, Azure) and applications such as ServiceNow, Workday, and SAP. Utilize RESTful APIs to facilitate data exchange between systems, ensuring high performance and security. Work with XML and JSON data formats to ensure seamless integration processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement integration solutions that meet business needs. Monitor and troubleshoot integrations to ensure reliability and performance, addressing any issues that arise. Maintain functional knowledge of Active Directory Users and Groups for effective integration. Write and optimize SQL queries for data retrieval and manipulation as needed. Create and maintain documentation for integrations, including design specifications and user guides. Employ Power for scripting and automation tasks related to integrations. Qualifications: Proven experience in API development and integration, particularly with security tools and enterprise applications. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations and HR systems (Workday/SAP). Familiarity with cloud platforms and services, particularly in relation to security tools. Strong understanding of integration protocols and data formats (XML, JSON, RESTful API). Experience with Active Directory and user management. Proficiency in SQL for database interactions. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with One Identity, CyberArk, and Azure security tools. Knowledge of additional integration platforms and middleware solutions. Relevant certifications in API management or integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, AWS).
