Lead the transition to web-based applications, ensuring smooth migration and maintaining quality through Selenium WebDriver automation. Use WinAppDriver for desktop application automation testing during the initial phase. Collaborate with Business Analysts (BAs), engineers, and other stakeholders to understand and learn the processes, given limited documentation. Implement test automation using scriptless automation tools (e.g., TestComplete, Tosca, or Accelq) as a nice-to-have skill. If not available, explore alternative solutions. Manage and track test cases, defects, and project progress using Azure DevOps (ADO). Work in Agile and Waterfall environments, adapting your approach based on project needs. Must-Have Qualifications: 5+ years of experience with WinApp Driver for desktop application automation. 5+ years of experience with Selenium WebDriver for web-based applications. 10+ years of overall QA experience, with proven expertise in both manual and automation testing. 3+ years of experience with scriptless automation tools such as TestComplete, Tosca, or Accelq. Hands-on experience with test management tools, especially Azure DevOps (ADO). Strong experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Soft Skills: Self-starter who can work independently without extensive documentation. Ability to communicate and work effectively with teams across functions (BAs, engineers, etc.). Proactive and resourceful; able to "figure it out" without hand-holding. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and environments quickly. Nice-to-Have Qualifications: Familiarity with scriptless automation tools is highly preferred but not required if other strong automation skills are present.
