Experience managing or coaching Product talent. Strong organizational and follow-through skills Effective communication skills and strong interpersonal skills Expert in understanding business needs, converting those into epics, creating, managing & prioritizing product features and product backlog. Ability to handle a complex portfolio comprising of multiple epics in a fast-paced environment. Ability to manage dependencies and shifting priorities Preferred Qualifications Prior retail experience and / or experience with Loss Prevention functions Experience in SAFe/Agile delivery Experience creating roadmaps and driving them to execution.
