Lead will support the internal ITSM Team. The role's day-to-day responsibilities will include overseeing and governing the configuration management process within the CMDB in ServiceNow. They will also provide the IT organization with oversight and guidance for the associated end-to-end CMDB processes.

What Youll Get to Do:

Be responsible for the overall quality and governance of the configuration management process within the organization.

Provide the IT organization with oversight and guidance support of the associated end to end CMDB processes.

Work with the IT leadership and relevant stakeholders to implement and manage best practices, process, standards, and policy.

Utilize advanced understanding of Configuration Management Processes as well as the methodologies and techniques needed to guide the organization to the successful attainment of key KPIs and overarching goals of IT Operations.

Establish integrated/systematic processes to support Configuration Management processes.

Develop the organization's expertise in the Configuration Management processes and methods. Plan, manage, and coordinate the full lifecycle in a high interoperability IT environment.

Empower CMDB stakeholders utilize and leverage the CMDB database and associated processes.

Provide technical support and problem resolution for customer inquiries regarding the new and existing data analytics, policy, process, standards, and best practices related to Configuration Management.

Develop partnerships with the consumers of the data analytics to understand business needs.

Train on provided reports and dashboards, policy, process, standards, and best practices.

Youll Bring these Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in computer science, Data Analytics, Business Management, Accounting, Finance, Process Improvement or similar field of study, or equivalent job experience.

8+ years of process engineering experience

4+ years of ServiceNow CMDB experience (Configuration Management Database)

Strong understanding and technical competencies with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM), Discovery, CMDB structure, MID servers, and the ServiceNow platform.

Experience working with ServiceNow CSDM

CMDB Discovery experience.

ITIL V3/V4 Certification highly desired.

Prior healthcare experience highly desired.
