Architect Systems Administrator Location: Raleigh, NC (Hybrid: 2 - 3 days per week will be onsite) Need Someone local Duration: 6 months MOI: Skype Responsibilities: Provide primary support in the resolution of MS window systems and software, network hardware, scripting, software and applications problems between technical, support and customer personnel for Enterprise Endpoint Security, Infrastructure Configuration Management, Remote Endpoint Management Support, Project Management, and Process and Procedure Documentation. Serve as a resource in solving high complexity problems that require significant knowledge of highly technical and specialized phases of Endpoint security tools, applications, software, hardware, operating systems and networking. Lead projects that require supervision of others, manage timelines, resources and personnel, and lead implementation efforts to completion. Supports and manages MS Windows systems and software for Consumer Platforms Infrastructure Operations unit. This includes the planning, installation, configuring, scripting, deploying, patching, interfacing and tuning Windows based systems and software. Required Skills: 4 Years - Handling various requirement details from various business units, and documentation. 4 Years - Handling Disaster Recovery steps for data centers that comprises of storage, compute, network and virtualization technologies. 4 Years - Handling Backup, VMWare, Windows Active Directory, Patching, Antivirus, Linux, and Cloud technologies. 4 Years - Handling Verbal and written communication to both technical and non-technical groups. Desired Skills: 3 Years - Handling support ServiceNow tickets. 4 Years - Experience in managing medical and directory services.
