The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in implementing and configuring Oracle HCM solutions across multiple regions and countries. What you have: Prior experience in implementing Oracle Cloud HCM core modules. Proven experience in HCM quarterly patch impact analysis and validation. Extensive experience in multi-region/country Oracle HCM configuration and administration. Familiarity with developing solutions using Oracle Journeys, email notifications, and approval workflows. Strong background in customization, including DFF, EFF, report customization, concurrent programs, value sets, and form functions. Experience conducting CRP sessions and fit-gap analysis. Familiarity with the Oracle SR process for issue resolution and escalation. Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies. What sets you apart: Prior knowledge of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Talent Management, Learning Management, and Compensation modules. Roles & Responsibilities Implement Oracle Cloud HCM core modules and ensure optimal configuration. Conduct impact analysis and validation of HCM quarterly patches. Configure and administer Oracle HCM for multiple regions and countries. Develop Oracle Journeys and email notifications using Alert Composer/BIP, including approval workflows. Create solutions utilizing a Document of Record. Customize applications, including DFF and EFF, and customize reports as needed. Define concurrent programs, value sets, form functions, and perform functional setups. Lead Conference Room Pilot (CRP) sessions and conduct fit-gap analysis. Utilize the Oracle SR process for issue resolution and escalation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Mandatory Skills Oracle HCM Implementation Job Description Prior Experience of Developing & Maintaining Inbound & Outbound Integrations using OIC Prior Experience of Developing & Maintaining VBCS based solution using OIC Prior experience of OIC Quarterly Patches impact analysis & validation Expertise in Developing Inbound and Outbound using Oracle HCM Cloud Prior experience of creating Multilingual solutions Prior experience of working with Oracle SR process for issue resolution & escalation Prior experience of HCM REST API & ATOM will be advantage Familiar with Agile & Waterfall methodology. Expertise in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, browser console debugging.
