Knowing Project Accounting module is added advantage. Assist Business solution , End users with appropriate solutions and he/she should coordinate independently. Provide Root Cause Analysis, recommended resolution and Communicate fluently and effectively with all level of business users, technical teams, and management across the organization. Experience in opening, managing, and resolving Oracle SRs with Oracle Support. Excellent communication Skills. Should have experience in functional testing and de-bugging functional issues of RICE components and fixing issues. Meet aggressive delivery timelines, coordinate well with remote teams, have the flexibility of working the time differences, and proactively solve problems. Mandatory R12.2.x experience and knowing other bolt-on applications is added advantage. SQL Query writing is essential.
