This role involves creating scalable, secure, and efficient AI solutions tailored to business needs while integrating with internal systems. Key Responsibilities: AI Architecture Design: Architect a robust, scalable, and secure internal-facing assistant solution using AI and NLP technologies. Prototype Development: Build proof-of-concepts (POCs) and prototypes to validate architectural decisions. System Integration: Lead the integration of the assistant with internal systems, databases, and APIs for seamless data flow. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and refine requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives. AI Model Deployment: Implement MLOps best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement. Technical Leadership: Mentor and provide guidance to the development team, driving innovation and performance. Technology Evaluation: Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, Generative AI (GenAI), LLMs, and incorporate innovative features into the solution. Required Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in software development with a focus on AI and machine learning (ML). Proven experience architecting and implementing AI-powered chatbot solutions similar to Glean or Rogo. Hands-on experience with Python, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Generative AI technologies. Expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), sentiment analysis, and text generation techniques. Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI model deployment and scaling. Familiarity with MLOps tools for model lifecycle management and monitoring. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical technical solutions.
