Please review our job opening below and kindly send us the updated resume ASAP along with the details of consultants; Please add [email protected] in your distribution list Role :: Genesys Developer Location :: Malvern,PA(Onsite) Type :: Contract Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain solutions on the Genesys platform (including PureEngage, PureConnect, or PureCloud). Customize and enhance Genesys routing workflows, IVR systems, and associated components. Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements, define objectives, and implement solutions to improve customer engagement processes. Integrate Genesys with other systems (CRM, ticketing, third-party tools) using APIs, web services, and middleware. Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and provide support for Genesys-related incidents and issues. Implement and maintain configurations for voice, chat, email, and other digital channels. Work closely with QA teams to ensure testing and deployment of new features and enhancements. Stay up to date with the latest Genesys products, features, and best practices. Create and maintain technical documentation for all development processes and configurations. Participate in project planning, risk assessments, and task prioritization. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 3+ years of experience in Genesys development (PureEngage, PureConnect, or PureCloud). Strong programming skills in languages like Java, C#, or JavaScript. Experience with Genesys frameworks such as Genesys Composer, Genesys Orchestration Server, or Genesys Rules Engine. Familiarity with Genesys Cloud CX services, APIs, and integrations. Strong understanding of IVR design and implementation. Experience with SIP-based telephony and VoIP technologies. Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
