Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend developers to define and implement new features that enhance user engagement. Establish and enforce best practices for web application development, including coding standards, performance optimization, and testing methodologies. Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Evaluate and integrate third-party libraries and APIs to enhance application functionality and performance. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality and maintainable code. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending innovative solutions to improve application performance and user experience. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Qualifications: Minimum of 15 years of software development experience, with at least 5 years focused on ReactJS. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks. Extensive experience with web architecture patterns and best practices (e.g., MVC, MVVM). Proven expertise in state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX). Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and backend integration techniques. Strong understanding of web performance optimization and accessibility standards. Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field; Masters degree preferred. Preferred Skills: Experience with server-side rendering (e.g., Next.js) is a plus. Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, Firebase) and CI/CD processes. Familiarity with testing frameworks and tools (Jest, Cypress, etc.).
