Location : Tampa, FL (3 days onsite in a week)

Must Have:

Pega 8.x design, development and integration experience

Hands on experience with Dev Studio for Workflows, UI , Bsiness Rules, Routing, Security and Integrations

Smart Investigate framework experience or financial services framework experience

Good understanding of Pega AI/ML , GenAI , NLP capabilities for automation and straight through processing implementations

Ability to create multiple design options with pro's and con's for implementation roadmap

Understanding of Pega application deployment options, dev-ops, ecosystem integration with Message Queues and REST/SOAP calls

Domain understanding on Payments, Payment investigations, Financial services

Ability to lead team, review code and design with good grip on project timelines and estimates to support PM / Scrum masters

Te

am player with good client facing skills

Good To Have:

Good understanding of cloud, performance troubleshooting , deployment architecture

Process improvement and process optimization experience

Functional depth in ISO 20022 MX and MT messages
