Location: Stamford, CT (ONSITE) Key Responsibilities: Administer and maintain the SAP BusinessObjects environment, including server installations, upgrades, and patch management. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions to ensure high availability and reliability. Implement security policies and user access controls within the BusinessObjects platform. Collaborate with development teams to deploy and manage reports, dashboards, and other BI content. Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures to safeguard data integrity. Conduct performance tuning and optimization of reports and queries. Provide technical support and training to end-users and report developers. Maintain documentation of system configurations, procedures, and best practices. Stay updated with the latest SAP BusinessObjects releases and features.
