Deep Native API Integration: Leverage native APIs to ensure scalability, performance, and reliability across multiple platforms. Performance Optimization: Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for smooth application performance. Code Transition: Transition existing React web apps to React Native while maintaining high code quality and ensuring test automation. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver project milestones. Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and promote best practices. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth operation of applications. Agile Development: Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure alignment with the project team. Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to integrate new methodologies into the development process.Requirements: Full Stack Expertise: Proven experience with React Native and React JS development. JavaScript & ES6+ Skills: Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ES6+ syntax. Well-Documented Code: Ability to write clean, well-documented JavaScript code. Dependency Management: Expertise in working with third-party dependencies and resolving dependency conflicts. Native Build Tools: Familiarity with tools like XCode, Gradle for native app builds. REST API Integration: Understanding of REST APIs, the document request model, and offline storage solutions. Mobile Development Best Practices: Knowledge of mobile performance optimization techniques and development standards. Automated Testing: Experience working with automated testing suites for mobile and web applications. Version Control & CI/CD: Proficiency with Git and working in CI/CD pipeline environments. QSR Industry Knowledge (Preferred): Understanding of Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry challenges and best practices.Ideal Candidate: 10+ years of professional experience in web and mobile development. Strong leadership experience as a Lead Engineer or Architect. Capable of leading teams, mentoring junior developers, and driving technical decisions. Experience in React Native, React, REST APIs, and mobile performance optimization is essential. Prior exposure to QSR industry solutions is a plus.
