You will be required to complete a tech screen, prescreen prep, and video assessment to be considered for the position. Job Description- We are seeking a skilled Android Developer with Native AMP Experience to enable DX content strategy for our Android banner app. This role is essential in building, enhancing, and supporting native AMP components that allow DX and Site Production teams to create, preview, and publish customer acquisition and landing screens on the app (e.g., Home page, Brand/Department, and Seasonal pages). Responsibilities: Evaluate and scope solutions to meet both current and future business needs. Collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams as required. Build and support large-scale Android applications. Translate wireframes and mockups into reusable components and layouts. Use modern Android libraries, particularly Jetpack Compose. Debug, test, and package Android apps using CI/CD tools. Apply best practices for scalability, performance, accessibility, and security. Maintain strong initiative and work independently or within a team under pressure. Communicate technical updates to stakeholders and team members. Required Skills: 3+ years of experience with large-scale Android applications. Proven experience with Kotlin and Android SDK. Strong familiarity with Jetpack Compose. Experience with the entire mobile development process, from design to release. Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines efficiently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Soft Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate technical concepts for stakeholders. Pre-Screening Process: 5 questions, a coding assessment, and a game. Technical Screening Requirements: 3+ years of Android app development experience. Expertise with Kotlin and Android SDK. Experience with modern Android libraries, specifically Jetpack Compose.
