Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SAP Supply Chain Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate possesses a strong command of SAP modules relevant to Warehouse Management (WM), Quality Management (QM), and various Supply Chain functions, coupled with expertise in interface monitoring, ServiceNow incident management, and end-user training. Required Skills - Required Qualifications: Proven expertise in SAP modules such as WM, QM, PP, MM, SD, LES, EWM, and PPPI. Experience leading projects and ability to deliver good results on time. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot SAP solutions. Strong understanding of interface technologies and experience monitoring and resolving interface issues. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and training/coaching skills to interact with business users. Job Duties - Key Responsibilities: Analyze, diagnose, and resolve issues related to warehouse operations, process manufacturing, quality management and purchasing processes within SAP. Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for complex supply chain issues within the SAP environment. Manage and monitor interfaces between SAP and other critical systems. Demonstrate proficiency in resolving ServiceNow tickets within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize SAP system performance and business processes. Job Requirements - Preferred Qualifications: Practical experience with ServiceNow incidencturing and the specialized requirements of the haircare industry is highly desirable. Develop and deliver high-quality training materialst management processes and SLAs. Ideal candidate has experience with Pipechain, MES systems (e.g., FlexNet/APRISO), E2Open, or similar platforms. Experience in regulated industries such as manufa and sessions to empower end-users on relevant SAP modules and processes.
