This involves building functionality within Workday, configuring it to manage and calculate incentives for associates. Key Responsibilities: Integrating internal data with Workday Extend. Developing and enhancing the Incentive Management System. Proof of concept development to ensure accurate incentive calculations. Collaborating with the Agile team for continuous improvement.
