Experience (Years): 8-10

Role Description:

Design and implement cloud-based contact center solutions using Genesys Cloud platformExperiencing working with Contact Centre applications and associated integrations

Competencies: Genesys Engage, CTI Genesys, Core Java, Genesys Inbound Voice

Essential Skills: - Experience on IVR ( Interactive Voice Response)- Development experience using C#/Java - Experience on Genesys Composer Experience in Interaction Routing and Designer (IRD)- Experience in Interaction Workspace (IW)- 5+ years experience working as a Genesys developer- Experience on working with CI/CD - 4+ years working with Genesys Cloud objects and Architect flows- Ability to identify opportunities to automate / streamline where applicable in overall solution

Desirable Skills: REST APIs, Salesforce, Genesys On-prem systems, SQL server, data table configurations using Genesys cloud
