Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CMDB. Familiarity with REST and SOAP APIs for integration with other systems. Understanding of ServiceNow best practices and ITIL processes. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
