Please let me know if you are interested in the position below Title: Senior User Experience Designer Location:Fully remote(In EST hours) Duration: 6 months contract Visa Restrictions: No H1b/CPT Job Description: Our client, a financial services company, is seeking an experienced UX Designer to help define and refine the user experience for their platform technologies and content-managed experiences within our customer-facing web application. Responsibilities This role involves researching, designing, prototyping, and presenting innovative design concepts that motivate and incentivize users to choose our client for their financial needs. As a vital member of the UX design team, you will collaborate cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders to develop user-centric solutions that enhance both our customers' and internal content managers' experiences. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience designing and building web and mobile experiences. Strong portfolio demonstrating an outcome-focused, well-defined design process. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar. Conversational knowledge of basic web development fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Experience working in Agile environments. Proven expertise in generative research and creating solutions driven by strategic insights. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience designing inclusive, accessible experiences that comply with WCAG 2.2 guidelines. Previous experience in the financial industry. Experience working with integrated content management solutions. Strong team player with exceptional empathy and a positive attitude. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects concurrently.
