Data Integration: o Integrate data from Salesforce and various third-party systems (ERP, marketing platforms, etc.) to build a cohesive analytics solution o Design and manage data pipelines using Salesforce Dataflows, SOQL, SQL, MuleSoft, or other ETL tools. o Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and synchronization of data. Business Intelligence: o Conduct deep data analysis and develop actionable insights to support business decisions. o Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their reporting and analytical needs. o Provide recommendations based on data analysis to improve customer relationship management strategies. Automation & Optimization: o Create and manage automations for data processes using Salesforce tools like Process Builder, Apex, and Flow. o Optimize existing reports and dashboards for better performance and user experience. Collaboration: o Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and Operations to understand their data requirements. o Train end-users on how to access and interpret Salesforce CRM analytics tools and reports. o Act as a technical subject matter expert on Salesforce CRM analytics.
