The business process design has already been established and now must be built according to these requirements. Additional requirements may need to be derived through our project change request process. This resource will be paired with a business process owner and a IT counterpart on the customer side. This resource will be responsible for managing the activities of the TM workstream and ensure completion of all activities and deliverables by all parties. Integration knowledge into EWM (Loading Plans, Transportation Units) is required. Implementation of Milk Run will be a special focus.
