Key Responsibilities: Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for insurance products and services. Conduct detailed analysis of business processes, data flows, and system functionalities to identify areas of improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, product development, and compliance to define project scope and solutions. Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications. Develop and maintain project documentation, including requirements, user stories, and process flows.
