The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Digital packaged business capabilities, composable architectures, SaaS product Integrations and cloud-first development. This role requires exceptional technical skills to bridge the gap between the core product team and engineering teams, ensuring seamless integration and delivery of complex digital solutions. Job Description & Responsibilities: Managing the product backlog: Detailing user stories, setting sprint goals, and prioritizing tasks. Breaking down the solution into user experiences, technical features, and stories, paving the way for the development phase. Support all aspects of the digital (web and mobile) software development cycle including requirements, design, stakeholder engagement, testing, and delivery of customer facing applications. Working with teams: Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, developers, QA and analytics teams. Ensuring quality: Ensuring the product is delivered on time and meets quality standards Keeping informed: Keeping people informed about the product's development Managing relationships: Managing relationships between teams, partners, and customers Running tests: Running user tests to help improve the product Suggest areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions. Work with the Scrum Master and serve as backup as needed. Candidate is required to have: Fundamental understanding of digital technologies and platforms - including both web and mobile. Good understanding of software development in Agile methodologies. Knowledge of programming languages and frameworks to facilitate discussions with developers. Deep understanding of all of different layers of application integrate with one another and uses that knowledge to make the experience of interacting with technology stack as efficient as possible. Experience of creating system designs, documenting system functionalities and workflows Experience of conducting detailed testing before launching initiatives and identifying bugs Experience of writing instruction manuals, User guides, workflow diagrams, UML diagrams and data mapping documents. Experience of document user experience (UX) design discussions, writing requirements in Confluence, and decomposing requirements into user stories in Jira. Familiarity with tools like FIGMA and wireframing/prototyping tools. Skills Fundamental understanding of digital technologies and platforms - including both web and mobile.
