Role: Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll Location: Coppell, TX Hybrid Duration: 6+ months Job Summary: The Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Functional SME provides end-to-end solutions that address clients business requirements and solve business problems using Oracle Cloud applications, with the ability to lead a team Responsibilities: Work closely with the client to resolve Production issues Configuration, testing, deployment and training of Oracle Cloud HCM applications Resolve functional and technical issues Required Skills: Minimum 6-Years of Oracle HCM Cloud US Payroll end to end implementation experience. Should have completed more than three full implementation projects in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll. Candidates with HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, Workforce Management, and HCM analytics with multi-Org experience would be preferred. Provide functional application leadership and guidance to the team. Have a positive, dynamic, and flexible attitude, should be an excellent team player. Has excellent English spoken and written language communication skills Conduct workshops and advise the client on the best practices for adoption of the solution Configure the system to match the business requirements and system design Demonstrate the solution in design playback sessions Create workbooks and documentation to support the system design Build trusted relationships with the client and manage their expectations on delivery within the scope Transfer product knowledge to the project team and to the client via knowledge transfer Display persistence to complete tasks and the rigor to ensure the solutions are thoroughly tested. Nice to Have Skills: Document solutions clearly and share knowledge freely within our Cloud community Wider experience of HR processes from a business context Experience of other Oracle Cloud modules including Compensation, Learning, Talent Management or Helpdesk. Ability to effectively work with end-users remotely Oracle Cloud Certifications would be preferred Qualifications Bachelors Degree 12-15 years of Oracle HRMS/HCM Consulting experience.
