The candidate will provide support and configuration services for SAP MM (Materials Management) and collaborate with clients to develop efficient solutions for their business requirements.Key Responsibilities: SAP Process Configuration: Configure SAP EAM, PM, and QM processes to meet business needs. Update and maintain all SAP functional documentation related to EAM, PM, and QM. Business Analysis: Analyze complex business process requirements and provide system solutions. Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements and map these to SAP solutions. Customize and configure SAP EAM/PM modules according to client requirements. System Troubleshooting: Identify system gaps, issues, and provide workarounds. Act as a liaison between the client and technical teams for troubleshooting and problem resolution. Document functional designs, test cases, and test results. Actively engage with clients for requirements gathering and troubleshooting. Proactively propose system and process improvements to enhance business operations. Provide training and ad-hoc user support as needed. Project Support: Conduct unit tests, integration tests, and system integration/security tests. Work independently on assigned projects while also mentoring junior team members.Desired Skills and Experience: Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle SAP implementations and support projects. At least 3 years of SAP experience in Inhouse Repair and integration with other SAP modules like MM, CS (Customer Service), and FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling). Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of SAP EAM, PM, and QM modules. Significant experience in configuring and customizing SAP PM/QM modules. Thorough understanding of integration points with other SAP modules. Ability to troubleshoot SAP-related issues and propose solutions. Proven ability to multitask and handle multiple deliverables/projects simultaneously. Consulting & Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset. Ability to understand business processes from the customers perspective and provide effective solutions. Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.Additional Requirements: Strong understanding of accounting and business processes. Experience working in a Professional Services company is preferred. Proven ability to write functional specifications and design documents.
