Please find the job description below, and if you are interested, please forward your updated resume to #pradeep @ interaslabs.com Role: SAP Datasphere Engineer Location: WASHINGTON, DC (Hybrid) Duration: Long-term Visa : Only GC & USC Must have 12+ years of experience Job description: We are looking for a highly skilled SAP Datasphere Engineer/Data Architect to join our client in Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate must have extensive hands-on experience with SAP Datasphere, particularly in integrating it with SAP SuccessFactors (BizX, Learning Models, EC), with a focus on data replication and virtualization. This role demands an expert in managing data flows, optimizing real-time reporting, and handling both cloud and on-premise data integration. The candidate will work on complex data challenges, ensuring robust data governance and seamless migration, while leveraging advanced tools like SAP SAC, SAP S/4HANA, BW Bridge, and various data modelling technologies. Responsibilities: Manage SAP Datasphere in conjunction with SAP SuccessFactors for data replication, virtualization, and optimization of real-time reporting. Lead SAP Datasphere Space Management tasks, including managing Connections, Data Builder, Business Builder, and Analytic Models. Integrate SAP Datasphere with SAP S/4HANA, BW Bridge, ABAP CDS views, and other systems to create seamless data pipelines. Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes to ensure accurate data migration, governance, and compliance. Build and optimize scalable data models, including batch and streaming data for structured and unstructured data use cases. Implement SAP SAC live connections, dashboard creation, and performance optimization for big data. Collaborate with data scientists on AI/ML models and integrate predictive analytics into business workflows. Ensure data security, governance, and observability, complying with enterprise data policies. Utilize advanced data modelling and integration tools such as Python, Java, Spark, and SQL for data transformation and replication. Design and maintain data virtualization solutions to minimize physical data movement and reduce system complexity and costs. Provide expertise on data virtualization versus replication across SAP systems, ensuring efficient data handling.
