This app is part of the pilot program which will use AI to help agent answers all the questions for customers . There are 5 members in the team and 1 of the team member is moving to another project so they are backfilling the position . The day to day responsibilities looks like supporting the app , work on elastic search functionality . The project is already existing & this role will involve both development & production support work .
