Business Analyst with HRP Contract Philadelphia, PA Very Strong in Healthcare and HRP Strong knowledge in health care. Knowledge of US Healthcare Payor work-streams including Premium Billing, HIPAA X12 transactions 837I/P/D,834, 270/271, 835, Provider Management, End to End Claims processing workflows, Member enrollment, EDI processing, Benefit plans etc. In Depth knowledge and understanding of Health Rules Payor DW, Data model, Entity relationship, Designer, Manager, Answers, interfaces, Connectors & System Admin modules etc. Directly / logically manage the leadership responsible for providing technology services, testing and configuration of Health Rules Payor product. Good understanding of the SDLC and STLC processes. Have a good handle of leading methodologies like Waterfall, iterative and Agile / Scrum / Kanban approach Good Client Communication, Negotiation, Analytical , Project Governance, and Program Management Skills. Desired Skills Certifications: HealthRules Payor Knowledge/ Certification Provide estimates, SOWs, and project documentation in support of on-going client needs and new customer opportunities Drive the conversation and assist the execution of the Sales team by combining both technical vision and business insight. Play a key role in the client relationship management and handle escalations and sign-offs that demand a high degree of diplomacy, discretion, insight, and judgement Experience on implementation of Systems / Solution Architect experience on Payors Core Administration Processing Systems e.g. HealthRules, Facets, QNTX etc. Demonstrate proven experience in developing project plans, phase wise milestones and architecting in-time deliverables. Should have experience integrating with Service Oriented Architecture / API / Web Services / (cloud based) SQL/NO-SQL databases. Strong Technical knowledge in Programing (either .NET or JAVA technologies) / Automation / Defect Management life cycle / CICD etc. Exposure to resolving risks / environment specific issues, faster coordinating with respective (client) teams.
