Public Sector experience is MUST Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Procurement Lead/SME to provide expert training and guidance on the use of PeopleSoft Procurement modules. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with PeopleSoft version 9.2 and a deep understanding of procurement processes. Public sector experience is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities: Lead training sessions for the client on PeopleSoft Procurement modules, ensuring thorough understanding and effective use. Provide expert-level knowledge and guidance on PeopleSoft Procurement processes and best practices. Assist the client in configuring and optimizing Procurement modules to meet their specific needs. Work closely with the client's procurement and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and usage of the system. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for PeopleSoft Procurement functionalities as needed. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to enhance procurement workflows. Required Skills and Experience: Extensive experience with PeopleSoft version 9.2 , specifically with Procurement modules (eProcurement, Purchasing, Supplier Contracts, Strategic Sourcing). Strong functional expertise in PeopleSoft Procurement and a deep understanding of procurement processes. Proven ability to train and support clients in the effective use of PeopleSoft systems. Public sector experience is highly Must. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively. Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience leading PeopleSoft Procurement implementations or upgrades. Experience with other PeopleSoft modules such as Financials or Supply Chain is a plus. Certification in PeopleSoft or procurement-related fields.
