Marketing Cloud: Implement and manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, including email marketing campaigns, automation, journey building, and reporting. Sales Cloud: Customize and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud features, including lead management, opportunity tracking, and sales analytics. Integration: Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems, ensuring data accuracy and seamless connectivity. Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues, ensuring timely resolution. Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and other IT team members to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver solutions that meet business needs. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations. Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends to ensure that the company leverages the most effective solutions. Qualifications: Experience : Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a focus on Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud. Minimum of [9] years of experience in Salesforce development. Certifications: Salesforce Developer certification required. Additional certifications in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Sales Cloud are highly desirable. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and SQL. Experience with Salesforce APIs, integration tools, and data management. Marketing Cloud Expertise: Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including email studio, journey builder, and automation studio. Sales Cloud Expertise: Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud features and functionality, including sales processes, opportunity management, and reporting. Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
