Conducts business process analyses, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefits analysis to align IT with business objectives. Facilitates the implementation and support of SAP modules to enhance business functionality and overall performance, ensuring customer satisfaction. Designs, configures, and tests various SAP Modules. Manages SAP implementations. Analyzes current business processes and scenarios to recommend or develop solutions to meet client needs. Carries out complex assignments that require the development of new or improved procedures. Maintains thorough organizational knowledge and adheres to standards. Takes primary responsibility for successful SAP implementations, providing functional expertise, guidance, presentations, and instruction to clients. Develops and evaluates plans and criteria for others to execute, while providing leadership and direction. Provides detailed knowledge of industry best practices. Acts as liaison with clients for troubleshooting, investigating, analyzing, and solving software problems. Maps client business requirements, processes, and objectives, developing necessary product modifications to meet client needs.
